To remove the journal recipient from the Global Address List:

1. In Active Directory Users and Computers, double-click the

mailarchive

user you just added.

2. Click the Exchange Advanced tab.

3. Select Hide from Exchange address lists.

4. Click OK.

To set the delivery restriction:

1. In Active Directory Users and Computers, double-click the

mailarchive

user you just added.

2. Click Exchange General > Delivery Restrictions > Only From.

3. Click Add.
